Charred Serrano Verde Hot Sauce

Made with tomatillos, white onion, garlic, fire roasted serrano and poblano peppers, then finished with loads of lime juice and cilantro. This hot sauce is on the mild side of the range, but packs an incredible flavour punch. Bright and acidic, we plenty of depth from the charred chillies.
Great in salsas, taco and ceviche. Great addition to guacamole for a bit of a kick. Tasty with seafood, pork, and fish.
