Preserved Jams - 5 varieties

Preserved is all about showcasing our amazing Alberta grown fruit! Since starting in 2019 she has made award winning jams and preserves that are elevated but approachable. 

Haskap Jam- Made with haskap berries grown by Rosy Farms, this jam tastes like a mix between blueberries, raspberries and a touch a plum. Sweetened with touch of honey to make the floral notes really shine. Great on toast or with cheese.

Saskatoon berry & Gin Jam- Featuring Saskatoon berries grown by Purple Gem Farm and award winning gin from Eau Claire Distillery. The gin make the Saskatoon berry flavour shine! Eat this on toast, have it with baked brie, or mix it with some gin & soda for a simple & delicious cocktail.

Strawberry Brown Sugar Jam - Showcasing the amazing strawberries being grown by Sunterra greenhouses, this is a classic jam with a little twist. Brown sugar making it rich and adding a depth of flavour.

Raspberry Vanilla Jam- With raspberries from Prairie Hill Farms and rich vanilla bean paste. This jam is elegant! 

Carrot Cake Jam- Thats right, its jam that tastes like carrot cake! Its made with carrots grown by Poplar Bluff Organics and has all of those amazing winter spices you love in carrot cake. This jam shines on a bagel with cream cheese
