A traditional style Kimchi, on the mild side spice-wise but still provides a bit of heat from the Authentic Korean Gochu Garu. What makes this Kimchi special is that it is 100% plant based, vegan and keto friendly. Its lack of fish sauce and salted shrimp also provide a slightly cleaner flavour and after taste than a traditional kimchi, but certainly does not lack any of the now famous “Umami” punch.
Uses include: Great on burgers, sandwiches or tacos. Excellent in stir fried rice, noodles, or vegetables. Perfect addition is soups or broths, specifically ramen. Can be used as a dip when mixed with cream cheese or hummus.
