Pickled Challas (Beet + Onion)

The first non-ghee product from Vresh Foods taking inspiration from Challas (also known as Sarlas), a traditional onion and green chili salad from Kerala, the gorgeous backwater province of Southern India. Beets + Onions are sourced from Fork in the Rowed Farms in Lethbridge, AB!
This pickle is hot, sweet, and sour all in one delicious punch! Great on sandwiches, and works exceptionally well in salads and bowls. Pair it with some brisket, or fried chicken.
